Wired Essential doorbell - siren is activating for no reason

I have a Essential wired doorbell for about 5 months now,  but recently the siren is activating for no reason can anyone tell me why this is happening and what to do to stop this from happening.    Thanks

Check the rule for the doorbell in the mode(s), and make sure that Activate Siren isn't selected.

Thanks, I did do that and it is not selected

If you disarm it, does the problem stop?

Yes it stops and works fine for a day or 2 then the siren will activate at any time of day on night with out any reason
