OK, strange issue, just started yesterday.
The web interface (my.arlo.com) will no longer load on my Surface laptop - sort of...
I use Edge as my main browser and when I try to load the page, it just freezes at the logo and never goes to the login page. This is also happening in Chrome.
But if I load the page in FireFox it works fine.
Other PC's in the house are fine, as is the phone app.

I've tried 'repairing' the apps, reset my network (in Windows 11), turned off my antivirus, cleared cookies and cache, and even ran System File Checker, nothing worked.
Any ideas what could cause this? I tried searching threads here, also with no luck.

Never mind. After several days it suddenly started working again this morning.

...And just like that it's back.
Last night it started happening again on my Surface laptop, and now this morning, it's happening on my main PC in my office as well.

The URL shortcut that I've been using forever is: https://my.arlo.com/#/login
I googled "Arlo Web interface URL" and found a different, or 'newer' one: https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/home

If I try the newer one, it gets me to a login screen alright, but after I enter my account credentials, it takes me to a "subscription" page, which does two things:
1) it confirms that I currently have an Arlo Secure account in good standing and
2) it also wants me to "sign up" for a subscription, which it just confirmed I already have.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this??

You are over-thinking this.  Just use  https://my.arlo.com  If that fails, then try clearing the browser cache.

The v4 one you found is stale - I see the same wrong symptoms that you see when I use it.

@JamesC - you might want to alert the web team, as it looks like some old html needs to be removed.
