We have VMC2030 cameras and recently been having an issue of them going offline. We have tried removing them and the re-adding them back to the base station but some are no longer flashing a blue light to re-add. I have about 6 cameras that no longer sync and was wondering how to fix this issue. It's getting pretty expensive replacing them every time they go offline and don't sync considering some are only a couple of months old. Is there a way to hard reset or factory reset?
Thank you

- Remove the camera from the account.
- Hold down the sync button on the bottom of the camera until it flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
- Add the camera back to the account.

I have held down the sync button for more than 15 seconds and I don't get anything. They are fully charged and nothing is happening.

Just asking - how do you know the battery is charged? When connected to AC power does the blue LED on the camera light up solid? WHat happens if you connect to AC power and try the reset?

I've had the cameras plugged in for 24 hours charging. I've tried syncing them while plugged in, no lights come on; I've removed them from the account and tried readding them and they can't be found. I'm not getting any lights and some are making a clicking sound. I get no amber or blue lights and the cameras are only a month old. Is there anything else I could try?

Use the app to go to Settings, Support, select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support since it may just be a hardware failure. They're the ones that can approve an RMA. This does require a subscription to work.
