Warranty Replacement Issue

I was wondering if anybody has had the issue I'm having with a warranty replacement camera. I returned an Arlo Essential camera under warranty with an RMA...Arlo received it 1 week ago. The Arlo's RMA status website shows that a replacement was shipped via Fed Ex on 11/22. Since I haven't received it, I checked Fed Ex's website, and it said "label created." So I got on the Arlo Support chat today, and the agent said it shipped and I needed to contact Fed Ex. So I contacted Fed Ex, and they said the shipper (Arlo) has created the label, but the shipper (Arlo) has not dropped the package off at Fed Ex. So I got back on Arlo Support chat and told them what Fed Ex said. The agent said that they shipped it, and that I need to check with Fed Ex. I told the agent that I just talked to Fed Ex. No luck. The agent started a case issue, but I'm not sure how successful that will be. Thoughts from anyone would be helpful.
