Videos won’t record, light won’t activate

I’ve had these cameras for months and they have worked great. All of a sudden my front camera became undetected after I brought it in to charge. I charged it up, reactivated it on the app and made sure it was connected. Motion is detected and I get notifications, but the videos won’t save and the sensor/security light won’t go off. The camera is active on my subscription. Any suggestions?

First see if you can make a manual recording for that camera.

 

If you can, then check the mode, and make sure that recording is specified in the camera rule.  https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
