GREAT 4 CAMERA SYSTEM! 

3 CAMERAS STILL GOING STRONG AFTER 8 MONTHS OF USE. 

ONE CAMERA WILL NOT CHARGE.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE/REPLACE THIS ONE CAMERA.

I CAN NOT GET AN RMA.

I CAN NOT TALK TO ANY LIVE PERSON!

Do you have a subscription?

 

If you do, check the support area of the app.  There should be a phone icon in there - if you press it, you should get phone support.

YES, I DO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION AND NOWHERE IS FOUND A "PHONE" ICON.

Try

  1. opening the app
  2. select Settings
  3. scroll down to "Support" and select it.
  4. Choose a camera that is covered by the subscription
  5. Scroll down to the "contact" section.

You should see Chat, Community, and Phone listed there.

All I can say is that I see a phone option there for my cameras.  Are you seeing only chat and community?  Or not seeing the contact area at all?

 

Note this HAS to be done in the app - not my.arlo.com.

GREAT TIP,   THANK YOU.   I CALLED.  THE RECORDED VOICE KEPT ASKING ME FOR THE ORDER NUMBER.  i COULD NOT AND IT HUNG UP ON ME.  NO OTHER NUMBERS!  CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Did you ask for a warranty return (RMA)?

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY ANOTHER SOLAR CHARGER AND THE DOORBELL DEVICE. BUT, I KNOW I WILL NEVER GET HELP.

I don't see any cases attached to your account. To contact support, log in to your Arlo account via the mobile app and navigate to Settings > Support. From there you can select the device for which you want support and a list of options will be given (including phone support).

Did you follow @JamesC's instructions?  If you did, and have a camera in a subscription plan, you should see an option for phone support.

AFTER 2 MORE MONTHS OF FAILURES, I AM THROWING ALL 8 CAMERAS AWAY.
