I have 2 new cameras
I scanned them into my app no problem. After an hour 1 stopped working?offline
I thought it may need charging which i did.
I then tried to scan back into my app and the cameras blue light wont turn on at all now.
This camera is brand new and I cannot contact support at all. Im not happy..

If they were already in the account, you shouldn't have had to re-add them.
You can try removing them from the account (if they are there), and then try the reset procedure here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
Then add them back.
