These cameras will not stay charged and now will not charge at all. Purchased July 11, 2023 and have been trying to call and get a hold of support for the last 6 months. These cameras went bad just after my 30 days of warranty with amazon were up. Amazon gave me phone numbers to call, I did to no avail. It is impossible to talk to someone at Arlo! If both cameras are behaving the same, it could be an issue with the charging cable rather than the camera.

 

If you'd like to contact support to inquire further, you can find support contact options within the Arlo app under Settings > Support. From there you can open a ticket.
