Microphone does not work when camera is armed via geo fence, or turned on (mode - armed) but works when geo fence has been crossed and camera has cover. Multiple problems with Arlo cameras - is it worth it to keep?
I've asked support, submitted requests, etc. And I keep getting the response it's being worked on. Company doesn't feel right at this point

Do you experience the same behavior if you try using a different streaming device (iOS, Android, PC etc.)?

Evidently it's known - it's due to being on different bottle networks. I.e. when I'm home, it works because the phone and cameras are on the same WiFi. When I'm away (and when I want to use it) it doesn't because the phone is on mobile and the camera is on my home WiFi. It's notated throughout reddit and suggests to be a software issue. Maybe there will be a fix.
I'm finding a lot of problems with the cameras as a whole and I'm truly disappointed. It's been non-stop problem's from day 1.
