VMC2030 volume is too low

I use my camera to monitor my dog when he is left home alone. The audio is very low even in a small room and he is only 4m away. Can I increase the volume?

Is the volume low in recordings, or is it only low when livestreaming?

There is a speaker volume setting, but not a microphone.

Are you using a Samsung phone (many people with this complaint are)?

One thing you might try is using a bluetooth headset, and see if that has better volume (several others have reported success with that workaround).

Thanks, Yes, I use a Samsung phone or my laptop and it maybe slightly better but not really what I hoped for.
