Hello - please I need help with my cameras not connecting. I follow instructions in reconnecting but it gives me a red X and will not connect. Every month I get charged for subscription. Please help thank you so much. My product is still under one year warranty.

Since you have a subscription have you gone to setting-support in the app and a phone option will be there.

I have it in the U.S so may be a regional option if your in another country. Once you select a device for support and scroll down the phone icon is there along with chat.
