The Arlo app will not detect smart hub VMB4540. I have Arlo essential spotlight cameras which synced to the hub . but the app will not detect any equipment. I've reset the hub multiple times .

still can't get app to detect

It sounds like this worked properly at some point in the past, since you wouldn't have been able to sync the cameras to the smarthub if the smarthub wasn't in the account.

When you say "reset", are you referring to the "paper-clip" reset?

Did you remove it from your account, either before or after you used the paper-clip?
