I have a VMB4000 using three Arlo Pro 2 camera, and recently added two Arlo Essential cameras. The Pro2 cameras are recording to the cloud and are fine. However, I added the two essentails and a thumbdrive, but the recordings are not showing up in the App. I have to pull the thumb drive from the base and insert in my home computer. Is there a fix for this? Also, I haven't paid for cloud storage since getting the unit several years ago.
Thanks for your help!

The essential cameras require a paid subscription plan to record to the arlo cloud storage.
The pro2 cameras were bundled with the 7days free cloud storage.
To be able to download access the local storage videos you would need to update the Base station to a VMB 4540/5000 hub which has limited constraints like no web browser support, friend sharing and may only work when at home.
