Everytime I try to subscribe to a plan and pay for it, there's a button that says "Update Payment Info" and its like blurred out. I have tried paying with my phone and with my computer but nothing seems to work.

Are you in a country where Arlo offers a subscription?

Did you figure out how to update your credit card info.

This could indicate that incorrect or incomplete information is being entered into the required fields. Check to make sure the information is correct and try again.

Yes I had to Uninstaller and reinstall the camera.

Same here had to delete my camera and reinstall it
