Unacceptable : extremely sensitive camera and without subscription cannot do much

I wish we had gotten Ring. Extremely sensitive camera and receive notifications every few minutes. Without subscription, can’t really change much setting to fix it. Unacceptable. And it’s already outside of the return period so cannot return and refund. Waste of money.

You can reduce the motion sensitivity - have you tried doing that?

Hi yes we did. All the way down. I think it’s sensing leaves falling  . We do not plan on getting the subscription so can’t really change the smart motion.
