I am not able to login to Arlo app. We switched phone companies and my husband forget his email password so when we attempt to log in the “Verification Methods”we are unable to push notifications and email. Anyway I can call a tech for help? When I do a chat it wants to sent a confirmation email to the email I have no access too. Please help!

Have you tried recovering the password for the email address? Once you have access to the email address you can then send verification to email to authenticate the new device.
