I just purchased an Ergo Essential spotlight camera and that battery seems to be taking a long time to charge. I tried looking for the battery charge status and I am unable to locate it. I read in a search discussion that it is supposed to show by the device in the app. Any help would be much appreciated. BTW, how long does it take until the blue light comes on a remains lit?

Yeah it should be in the app, under the camera name, with the Wi-Fi strength. I’m sending an Essential Spotlight camera back as it would never charge up to 100% after days of charging. When I factory reset it the battery goes down to zero so think it’s faulty. Luckily in amazon return window.

greenron,
You should see the battery icon on devices page on the camera widget and in the settings when you tap the gear icon for the essential camera.
