Unable to Factory Reset

Hi. I have an Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera  that has been offline for a while and now I’m unable to connect to it or even factory reset it. 

I’m on a new wireless network due to moving but I’ve assured that I’m on 2.4ghz with my phone as the app says when adding a new device. (I already removed it.)

 

I have no idea how to get it back online and connected. It has a charge. When I press and hold the sync button, nothing happens at all. No blue lights or anything. Any solutions?

Sounds like the battery is dead, perhaps because of the time to move. Charge the battery and try again.
