Unable access video library when away from house 90% of time.

I am unable to access my video library when away from the house 90% of the time. I have had this problem for two years and it makes the system almost worthless when traveling.  When I hit the library button I get a message saying "there was an error obtaining your library.  Arlo team is working on this issue.  Try again."

Are you using port forwarding, or do you have a vpn setup?

 

If you are using port forwarding, have you also reserved the IP address of the VMB4540 in your router?  Normally the router will assign a dynamic address, so the forwarding setup in the router might not forward to the address that the base is using now.
