Our cameras Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera #stopped recording, they work only in a live regime. When we go the the feed it says “you found a premium feature
Also, we couldn’t @Arlo assistants by phone.
Can somebody help us to fix our cameras?

It sounds like your trial subscription expired. You need an Arlo Secure subscription to get cloud recording

Hi,
We purchased 1 year subscription, but our Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera #cameras still don’t recording. What is the working phone number where we could call and talk to technicians
Also, we switched one of the cameras, and now we cannot switch it on back. Last time we had the same problem and we solved it by phone.

You get phone support through the app. It's available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.
I suggest that you first confirm that the cameras are actually in the subscription plan you purchased. Sometimes you need to add them to the plan manually. One simple way to confirm this is to see if you can make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera. If you can, then the camera is in the subscription plan.
Also, check the mode you are using, to make sure there are rules for the cameras in that mode.
