My two-way communication doesn't seem to be working. I can hear what's going on at the camera but when I tap on the microphone icon to turn it on I cannot be heard at the camera. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the mic permission enabled in the phone settings for the app? Have you made sure the mic is enabled in the camera settings?

Maybe see if you can be heard with a headset (as a test).
