Trouble with granting access

I have three Essential Pro cameras and a chime camera linked together on my app. When I grant access to family members, it sends them to the account creation. Once that is done, they can log into the app but cannot see any cameras or receive any notifications. I’ve tried resending, deleting the app, etc. and nothing helps.

When you go into settings/granted users do you see that the users status is pending?

Adding granted users would work better with the pc and getting them to open their email account then clicking the invite link within the email to open a browser to login with their credentials.

Yes, and when they create their account it says accepted. Also their app looks different once they’re logged in. I made sure that it was the same app. I wasn't sure if that makes a difference or not. I’ve even updated mine as well as theirs.

Yeah same issue here. When giving access to someone else and they login it’s giving them the old version of the app. I thought it was just me since I had made an account before they completely redesigned the app.

When v4x app was released they changed the skin of the original app to look similar to the new spinoff experience.

The old experience has the library page and the new experience has a feed page.

I hear the new experience has some minor bugs and will not play nicely with the older experience.

The problem is your stuck on the new experience so everyone has to get stuck for it to work.
