Trouble with connecting cameras to app

I have had my cameras for sometime. We have recently did some renovations and took down our cameras. We are just trying to get them back up and running and I am unable to select the camera option while trying to add a new device. I have contacted arlo and still not able to add a camera back to my app or select the option to add a camera. I am able to select other options just not the camera. Please help!

Just taking them down doesn't delete the cameras from your account. Did you actually ALSO delete them? Are the batteries charged?

 

The issue with not being able to select options when trying to install new cameras has been reported here before. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Yes I had deleted them as they were not connecting after I charged them. I am now not able to connect them back to the app.
