Hi there,
I have been charged multiple times this week and yet I have lost my subscription? I have tried many times to contact someone via chat with no luck. How do i get a refund and get my subscription going? Everytime i try to renew it, i get charged but the subscription does not enable.

Are the charges showing as pending on your statement? It sounds like the transaction is failing at some point when being processed. Check to make sure the credit card information you're entering is correct and up to date.
You can contact Arlo Support through the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support.
