I’m on my last straw with Arlo, how do I get somebody to give me a call? I was told we aren’t privileged enough cause of our subscription. I’m not about to waste anymore time and money with Arlo. I have had never ending chats and nothing gets done.

You can check your warranty status using the mobile app, go to the settings page, select support and choose the device you have to see what support options are available.

I’ve done that and it only gives me a chat option, it’s ridiculous! When chatting I’ve asked them to call me as well and they won’t. I don’t understand. The chats also have lasted up to two hours and nothing was fixed.

What subscription do you have?  Have you successfully onboarded the camera(s)?
