After purchasing the Arlo Essential camera I have tried several times to subscribe to Arlo Smart. It doesn't accept my payment. The submit button stays grey. After several attempts with support through

The essential cam comes with a 3 month trial subscription of smart that starts upon setup. If you sign up for that it will override your trial. You shouldn't have do do anything. Check settings then subscription to make sure the cam is active.
