Subscription for a plan

Have had cameras for a while without a plan tried to get online said you need 16 digit code can’t find receipt or email can I still register cameras somehow

Are you logging into my.arlo.com from a PC browser, going into Settings, and then selecting Subscription?

You don't need a code to subscribe. Simply ignore the code entry.
