Solar Panel Arlo Essential stopped charging

2nd Post,,,

I reached out for help regarding and asked about the solar panel how it stopped charging my Arlo Camera . Now my other one that came with my cameras is failing to charge. What a horrible product. After basically the 1 year warranty is up, the product fails. Typical,,, Saw something about a firmware update on another post,  but I have no clue how to apply that hopefully someone can help.
