On one of our cameras, I intentionally do not have the vehicle smart notification toggle selected. While I do not get any vehicle notifications from that camera on my phone, my wife (who has Admin rights while I am the primary account holder) still gets vehicle notifications on her phone from that camera (funny thing is that the camera doesn't even see the street and seems to interpret the shadows from trees blowing in the wind as vehicles). I have checked and am unable to find a Smart Notification selection on her phone to de-select. What can I do?

@MikenMel01 Did you manage to resolve this? I am also having similar difficulties with (un)smart notifications.

The issue has not been resolved, but only occurs on very windy days, so is not a bother until it gets windy.
