hey there! I’m having a problem with one of my cameras, it was maybe half charged and suddenly it was ‘disconnected’ figured it just died with the cold weather, plugged it in for a day and still nothing. I tried to factory reset it but the button won’t do anything. The only light I get is a solid blue light when plugged in. Any ideas why it’s not working?

The sync button has to be held for >15 seconds to reset - did you do that? Is the camera now indoors so it has warmed up? What was the ambient temp when the camera went offline?

Speaking of cold weather issues... in my neck of the woods last week, it was around -8°.
All but one of my outdoor wireless cam's were sending a message to the phone app that they were too cold to work. One was sheltered from the wind, out in the same temperatures, and it still worked.
But, I took 4 of the group down and brought them in the garage and warmed them up and put them back out around noon, and they've been fine since.
Another interesting thing, a while back 2 of the cameras were low on charge, so I brought them in to charge them, and after connecting the charger, the message on the app said "too cold to charge". Back then it was nowhere near as cold as it was now.
This group I brought in the other day, I felt that since I had them in there I may as well top off their charge. Even though they just came in from frigid arctic temperatures, when plugged in the said nothing about being too cold to charge.
I'm thinking that 0° is the point of "too cold to operate". Not sure what degree sends out the "too cold to charge" message.

The camera is spec'ed to shut down at ~-5F/-20C but the batteries can't be charged below freezing (32F/0C).
