My boyfriend sent me a full access invite when I accepted it I made my account but when I added the cameras they deleted on his account what should we do. We want to keep him as administrator and give me full access and allow us both to see the cameras

If the cameras are in your account then your account is primary.  You need to share the cameras with your boyfriend, not the other way around.

 

The primary account (e.g., yours) will have some privileges that his account will not have.
