Seems I can not get help from ARLO support

PRO 5S / Essential Spotlight / PRO 4 - Frimware is up to date
Lately all my cameras are creating a lot of event based on Audio detection. Before I have on a bussy day about 150 to 250 events and now I have in 24 hours over 2500 events and 95% of them are Audio. I had not changed anything on my settings. Anybody has the same issue. I called support but they are offshore (which I don't care , I am fine but it does not seem they know anything about the product, I love these camers but if this continues I'll have to replace them with.

Is audio detections enabled in the rules for the cameras in the mode(s) you are using?
If they are enabled, then start by disabling them. Also go into the AI settings and disable all the audio classifications there (including CO/Smoke).
If you still get the detections, then try doing a hardware reset on one of the cameras, and see if that resolves it. If it does, then do the same reset with the other problem cameras. Remove the camera from the account, and then use the "Sync reset" method here:

Can you double check to make sure the audio detection is not set to high. Is it happening on all the cameras or just one?
