Hi,
Ever since Arlo upgraded the app and webpage with the new interface, the scheduling option is ridiculous and confusing and hard to navigate around. I am happy to be proven wrong and would like to reach out to anyone that has mastered this. I had no problems with the older interface and it was generally easy to set up a schedule. i tried calling Arlo and left my number in the queue, that was pointless.

The big difference between the old and new scheduling is that now you have to create 2 schedules - one to use a mode at a specific time and also another to use a different mode at a different time. I named mine Day and Night (duh!) to switch at 6AM and 11PM.

I totally agree. All my previous settings are gone. The app would give me an error when I tried the automation process. This essentially make the camera useless and making the client totally insecure!

We may be able to help if you tell us what you've tried and what you see. Worst case, remove any devices you still see in your account and start fresh, as if new.
