Replaced damaged camera

Hello, first post here.
I’ve had the VMC2030 outdoor essential for about a year. About a week ago it stopped working. I took it down & it was filled with water from the first storm of the season.. Bought another camera & it’s working except it’s not detecting or recording movement.
Also when switching cameras I’m no longer getting my previous subscription, it says I’m getting the free 90 day subscription.
I’ve not contacted Arlo yet, thought I’d try here first.

The warranty is one year - if it is still in force, then contact support right away.

The system automatically opts into the trial. If this is your only camera, you can cancel the paid subscription and resubscribe after the 90 days. Or cancel the trial, and add the new camera to your existing subscription.
