I tried to contact someone at ARLO but that was worthless using chat. I just purchased $800 in Arlo equipment and I am sending it back to Amazon for a different brand. I will be sure to leave a 1-star review, too.

At one time our company relied on ARLO, but the company has gotten too big and too cheap. Now it nickles and dimes on everything. I am so done!!!
