I don’t have one but it will likely do the job. It may take a few hours to charge though.

You may want to consider a solar panel solution although arlo is getting a lot of complaints about the software not working with them.

You could also consider externally powered solution with an outdoor cable so you never have to recharge the camera although you will still have to climb the ladder to reset it, lots of complaints about this.

Be aware that the powerkey unit will continue charging the camera battery and eventually go flat quickly after so not ideal to leave it attached permanently.
