On the Arlo site and the check out function is not working. I can't make my purchase. Nor can i find a number to call or a support email address. Am I missing something here cause i am not feeling warm and fuzzy about my purchase.

Make sure you are manually filling out all entries instead of autofilling them. Did that help?
Do you have any existing subscription(s) such as trial ones? Do you have any cameras currently installed that require a sub? If so, use Settings, Support, select a camera model and you should get contact info for official support.

I did use auto fill... went back and tried it again got the same results. You come to a landing that says, "Page not Found" . Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
