I don't know what is wrong with these Arlo cameras but they continually give the error ARLO APPEARS OFF LINE! When the wi-fi at the house is working! I received all kinds of login errors this morning; reset the entire wi-fi system; logged out; logged in - yet STILL receive these error messages and the cameras are currently NOT WORKING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be Awesome if ARLO had some type of CHAT support or phone support or SOMETHING - but the company doesn't seem to give a freaking RIP about whether or not their cameras WORK after the SALE

Do you have a subscription (either trial or paid)? If you do, look in the support section of the app. Select a camera that is in the subscription plan (doesn't matter which one), and then you will see a phone option.
