I’m getting notifications but no video. I have reinstalled app and followed all instructions. Once I do the QR code ai hear the chime. But when the app is searching for the doorbell it doesn’t find it. Any ideas?

Notifications but no video implies your trial subscription has expired. CHeck your subscription status in Settings.

 

Reinstalling the app doesn't mean you have to reinstall the doorbell. If it's still listed in your account, you can't add it yet again. If you removed it from your account, try this:
