Not outdoor at all

Arlo vmc2030 outdoor cameras. I bought these last year because my others got discontinued. Well called support today and they told I’d have to purchase another one. So I took it off my account took it down from its post. Water literally came out of the camera. Water , from shook it more water. So they aren’t outdoor nor waterproof. I can’t believe this!

And they won’t replace it. I bought 3 with solar charger

Where would I find that at on the little black sticker?

Inside the camera housing it will list "S/N" or in the Arlo app under the device settings/info

I had to take it off my Arlo feed because it was taking up space but hold on. Let me see if I can see the other number. Mine doesn’t open up mine has the built-in battery, but it does have is a little sticker that says open here

@Lilrara37 Whoops, sorry. You can find the S/N listed under the charger flap/cover.

Is this a VMC2030 Essential camera? Are you sure there isn't a 13 digit number under that flap next to the charging port?

Is it possible to install the camera again to your Arlo app?
