Not able to connect camera

Hi

After one of my Arlo camera had run out of power, now recharged - I'm not able to connect to it. Below step have been done.
 
  • Deleted camera from App (without camera was connected).
  • Control only wifi 2.4Ghz it activated.
  • Try camera reset.
  • several times try to follow steps to add new camera, without success.
  • Tried to connect by mobile app and pc browser.
  • Camera is flashing blue and giving a sound when it's ~20 cm from QR, but ending with the below screen.
  • not sure how to proceed from here, any guidance?

Are you sure the battery is recharged? If you let it die completely, you may need to try this FAQ (the key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge in the battery to then let it charge normally):

For the QR code, try taking a picture of it and print it out to see if that helps.
