My husband is deployed and before we left we brought the cameras. We'll someone has been breaking in cars in my neighborhood well I paid for 24 7 recording. After taking my money it doesn't record. I called customer service and the lady told me no I couldn't speak with a manager and I couldn't get a supervisor to call me. Yes she told me no in very broken English. She also stated she couldn't let me verify the information on the account unless she speaks to him. He can't speak to you if he's deployed. So now I have contacted and filed a complaint with the BBB and im reversing the charge on my credit card for the monthly subscription. This company is a joke when it comes to real security amd customer service

However, the email address that was provided via the community is not bring up an Arlo account. Can you please dm me the email address that is associated with the Arlo account? You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
