  • My Essential Spotlight Camera purchased May 2023 went offline. I tried to reconnect without success. It is installed outside. We had a lot of rain and wind. 
    I tried to  and charge it but water leaked out of the camera. 
    it was suppose to be sealed for exterior use. Has anyone had same problem?

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what they offer, including a possible RMA.
