Netgear VMB base not working

I have tried everything to get my base to connect to the internet nothing is working. I own my equipment. I had not used my cameras in 2 years.

We need all details as to what you see and what you've tried. What are the LEDs showing? Have you held the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber and let it reboot to try again? Was the base ever installed before?

Similar issue.

The unit has never been used. Issue is the Base Station cannot be discovered on the network.

I have factory reset the unit and repeated the connection process. Lights indicated are Power and then next to it. LAN?

Thise lights are yellow, not green.

They turn green during the connection process but "Your Base Station could not be discovered"

If there is a VPN installed on the phone or PC, then make sure that is off.

 

If you are using your phone, then try a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).

If the LEDs are amber, nothing is going to work. However, you say they're green during discovery - do you mean you didn't wait for the base to fully reboot before trying to discover it? It takes ~ 2 minutes to completely reboot after which you should see green power and Internet LEDs and the camera LED should be off or solid amber.
