Look for a VMBxxxx label on the base.  That will tell you the base model.

 

If your cameras use 4 CR123 batteries, then they are the original Arlo Wireless cameras.

 

If your cameras use lithium batteries, then you can look inside the camera for a VMCxxxx label.  (look behind the battery).  

 

If the cameras are totally sealed, then they would be Essential models.  Those are fairly new, so you likely would still have access ot the receipt.

Mine is VMB3000, CR123 batteries.

Thanks for your response. I reset the base and now lost the green light into orange. Not working

Does the base have more than one LED?  (Not sure, but I think it does)?   If so, can you give the status for all the LEDs.
