Need help with New Arlo app

I can’t seem to go back to the main menu once I click on to an individual device. There’s no back arrow to return  to the main menu. I always have to close my app and restart it again. Quite frustrated and annoyed at this point. Can someone please help me.

You should see a < at the top left of the page (next to the title)  Pressing on that will take you back.

I know exactly what you’re talking about and thank you for that but the trouble I’m having is it only shows up on my iPhone but not my iPad.  Anything else I have to close the app altogether and open it up again just to get back to the homepage. I’m going to add screen shots.

   trust me I’ve done everything I could think of; touched screen in every corner and in between and nothing.

Try rotating the screen to portrait mode.
