I need to get recordings going. I have the subscription but no recordings showing up.

Choose the armed mode on the camera.

Were you able to get the recordings going?

Thank you for asking - I did finally get them recording. I didn't find the interface intuitive. I got them recording through the web interface. Great quality, but from my perspective the interface is not intuitive. Never did find a phone number to call, even after subscribing. But after hours of goofing around, got them recording!

The phone number is available for accounts that have a subscription in Settings, Support. Select a device you want support for and look for the phone number.
