Need Help adding same camera to my phone app

  • My Arlo Essential Spotlight outdoor Camera was removed from my App. and I didn’t remove it. Trying to add it back on the App. It’s refusing to chime for me, but chimed for my grown son several times, but still refuses to pair.  Help!
