Need Help Getting 24/7 CVR on Arlo Essentials With Spotlight - Essential Spotlight Camera

I am needing help getting CVR 24/7 for my Essentials Cameras.    I can see where to go when signed into my account.  However, everything stays greyed out.  Will you please help?  Thank you!

Unfortunately, the only Essential camera that supports CVR is the indoor model.  The other ones aren't compatible with the feature.
