My cameras detect motion but it won't save to the library

Do you have a subscription? Without one, you'll need to connect the camera to a hub for local recordings that can be viewed in the app.

I have a one camera subscription, but no downloads are appearing in the library

What is you active mode? Is there a rule for the camera that causes it to record? Can you live view and manually record?
